| • | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 2 dashes Rose’s lime juice |
| • | 1 oz. honey syrup |
| • | Lime wheel for garnish |
| Method: | |
| Assemble ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and shake with a Boston Shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a thin wheel of lime. Adjust sweetness with honey syrup. Serve. | |
