• | 10 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
• | 5 oz. The Perfect Purée Pomegranate Concentrate, thawed |
• | 20 oz. cold water |
• | 10 oz. fresh sour mix (2 parts fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1 part simple syrup) |
• | lemon juice |
• | kosher salt |
• | ground tellicherry peppercorns |
Method: | |
1. | Combine all ingredients with ice into a pitcher and stir. |
2. | Dip rim of glass into lemon juice, salt and ground tellicherry. |
3. | Pour into glass and serve. |
