• | 2 oz. Chinaco Reposado Tequila |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
• | 4-5 chunks of watermelon |
• | handful of mint leaves |
• | club soda |
• | lime wedge |
Method: | |
1. | Muddle the mint and watermelon together. Add remaining ingredients (except for club soda) and shake very well with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with the club soda. Add a squeeze of a lime wedge and serve. |
