• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
• | 1 barspoon The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
• | 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | Chopped mint |
• | Ginger beer |

1. | Combine all ingredients except ginger beer into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and pour into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer. Serve. |
