    • 2 oz. Angostura Reserve Rum
    • 3/4 oz. lime juice
    • 3/4 oz. orgeat syrup
    • 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
    • Coconut Passion Cream (to top)
    • shaved dark chocolate
1. Prepare Coconut Passion Cream. Combine ingredients (except Coconut Passion Cream) into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into serving glass. Top with Coconut Passion Cream and shaved dark chocolate. Serve.
Coconut Passion Cream:
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Passion Fruit Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1 oz. coconut cream
    • 2 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
1. Combine ingredients and mix until soft peaks form.
