| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Hibiscus, thawed |

| • | 2 sprigs of fresh mint |

| In a mixing glass, muddle fresh mint. Add remaining ingredients, except club soda, and ice. Shake and strain into a glass over ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with sprig of mint and lime wheel. | |
