• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice |
• | 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice |

Combine and stir all ingredients with cubed ice. Strain into paper cone filled with shaved ice. Stir once more and pack rounded top with shaved ice. Garnish with cocktail parasol and a long, wide straw. | |
