    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
    • 2 oz. Hum™ Botanical Spirit
    • sparkling wine
    • 1 oz. ginger beer
    • 2 dashes bitters
    • 1 Hibiscus flower for garnish
1. Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in a pint glass. Add ice and shake well in a Boston shaker. Strain and pour into a cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a Hibiscus flower. Serve.
