| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Papaya Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice |

| 1. | Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice, shake and strain into a glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel. Serve. |
