• | 1 1/2 oz. Maui Ocean Vodka® |
• | 3 oz. orange juice |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
• | wedge of lime |
• | Li hing mui powder, for rim |
Method: | |
1. | Rub the rim of the cocktail glass with the flesh part of the lime wedge, then dip th rim into Li hing mui powder. |
2. | Shake vodka, orange juice and Passion Fruit together over ice in a cocktail shaker. |
3. | Pour into cocktail glass and drink up the island. |
*Li hing mui is a dried plum powder that is salty, sour and sweet. |
