Pina Colada 1 drink

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. BacardÍ Rum
• 1 ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed
• ⅛ tsp. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed
• 2 oz. pineapple juice
• ½ oz. simple syrup

Method: 

1. Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Serve on the rocks or blended. Garnish with a piece of pineapple.
