• | 3 oz. Avion Silver Tequila |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. homemade habanero agave syrup |
• | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 5 dashes The Bitter Truth Creole Bitters |
• | 1 egg white |
• | 1 peach slice (optional garnish) |

1. | In a shaker of ice add all ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled coupe. Add another Dash of Creole Bitters to top and garnish with peach slice or something nice. Enjoy! |
