    • 2 oz. 10 Cane Rum
    • 1 oz. pineapple rum
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed
    • The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree, thawed
    • 1 strawberry (muddle)
    • 1 lime wedge (muddle)
    • Pinch of fresh cracked pepper (muddle)
    • Sugar and black pepper (rim)
    • Strawberry (garnish)
    • Basil leaf (garnish)
Method:
1. Muddle strawberry, lime wedge, and pepper with a squeeze of The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree in a pint glass. Add remaining ingredients. Rim a poco grande glass with sugar and black pepper. Add ice to pint glass and shake for 10 seconds. Double strain over fresh ice in poco grande. Garnish with strawberry and basil leaf.
