• | 1 1/2 oz Ron Abuelo anejo rum |
• | 1/2 tsp. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit concentrate, thawed |
• | 4 pineapple cubes (muddle) |
• | 1 egg white (muddle) |
• | 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract (muddle) |
• | 1 mint sprig (garnish) |

1. | Add egg white in first, then muddle pineapple and remaining ingredients, and dry shake (shake without ice). Then add ice and shake again. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with mint sprig. |
