• | 1 oz. premium vodka |
• | 4 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Thai Basil & Black Pepper, thawed |
• | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Pear Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. Kern’s Pear Nectar |
• | 1 dash light green food coloring |
• | 1 wedge pear (for garnish-lightly coated with fresh, course ground, red & black pepper) |

1. | Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into serving glass. Garnish with pear wedge and serve. |
