| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. honey syrup |
| • | Dash of Angostura |
| • | Grapefruit soda |

| 1. | Combine ingredients into Collins glass. “Roll” ingredients by gently pouring contents into a mixing glass and pouring back into the Collins glass. Garnish with a basil leaf and serve. |
