| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| For the Charbay R5 Foam: | |
| • | 3 1/2 oz. Charbay R5 Lot 5 Whiskey |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
| • | 1 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 6 oz. egg whites |
| Method for the Charbay R5 Foam: | |
| Add all to a whip cream canister with 2 nitrous cartridges. | |
| Method for the Cocktail: | |
| Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into a snifter. Top with foam and garnish with red mist. | |
