• | 1 1/8 oz. Blood Orange Drinking Vinegar* (9:25:25 ratio of The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, vinegar and sugar) |
• | 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice |
• | 3 dashes Angostura Bitters |
For the Blood Orange Drinking Vinegar: | |
• | 60 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange, thawed |
• | 5 liters vinegar |
• | 5 liters sugar |
Method for the Blood Orange Drinking Vinegar: | |
Mix ingredients together. Store in refrigerator up to one month. | |
Method for the Cocktail: | |
Mix all ingredients and serve over ice. | |
