Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Mount Gay Black Barrel
• 1/2 oz. Fernet Branca
• 1/2 oz. Lustau Amontillado Sherry
• 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
• 1/2 oz. lemon
• 1/2 oz. demerara

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin. Add ice.
2. Shake—double strain.
3. Garnish with mint sprig and dehydrated lemon wheel.
