• | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed |
• | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1 lemon, juiced |
• | 1 1/2 oz. lemongrass syrup |
• | Milk |

Rim highball glass with passion fruit coconut gel and edible flowers. Shake all ingredients together and clarify it with milk. Pour into glass. Garnish with half of a passion fruit. |
