Banana in a Tailpipe

• 1 1/2 oz. Charbay Doubled & Twisted Whiskey
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Banana Puree, thawed
• 1 bar spoon Jamaican Rum Fire
• 1 oz. Chai Syrup
• 1/2 oz. Elysian Night Owl Pumpkin Ale
• 1/4 oz. lime juice
• 1 1/4 oz. coconut milk
• Caribbean 5-spice bittersMethod:
Combine all, shake and serve over ice in a rocks glass.Chai Syrup
• Retrograde Coffee Roasters loose leaf chai tea
• White cane sugar

Chai Syrup Method:
Brew Chai tea in a saucepan and strain tea out once the tea has brewed, add equal parts white cane sugar to the tea (1:1 equal parts tea/sugar). Stir as the sugar dissolves to create a syrup—store Chai syrup in the refrigerator until ready to use.
