| • | 5 mint leaves |
| • | 3/4 oz. simple syrup |
| • | Dash of peach bitters |
| • | 1 lemon wedge |

| Muddle the The Perfect Purée Peach with the lemon wedge, mint, bitters and simple syrup. Add the whisky and enough ice to fill a rocks glass. Give the mix a good shake then pour it into the glass and garnish with a lemon wheel. | |
