Ingredients for Ginger Vodka Collins:

• ¾ oz. vodka
• ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Ginger, thawed
• 2 oz. club soda or mineral water
• ¼ oz. fresh lemon juice
• lemon peel, garnish
• fresh ginger, garnish

Method for Ginger Vodka Collins:

1. Combine all the ingredients, except club soda, into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Pour and strain over fresh ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon peel and slice of fresh ginger.
