• | 1 1/2 oz. peppered gin |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. lemon juice |
• | 3/4 oz. simple syrup |
• | Splash of soda water |
• | 2-3 sage leaves (for shake) |
• | 1 sage leaf (for garnish) |
Method: |

Combine all ingredients except soda water in a mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Add a splash of soda to the shaker before straining into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Place a sage leaf over the ice for garnish. | |
