Ingredients for Thai Me a River:
- 2 oz. Charbay Clear Vodka
- FloraLuna Smoked Salt and Pepper Bitters
- 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed
- ¼ oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut puree, thawed
- ½ oz. yuzu juice
- ½ oz. ginger syrup
- Thai basil, garnish
Ingredients for Ginger Syrup:
- 1 part ginger, peeled
- 1 part water
- 1 part sugar
Method for Ginger Syrup: Combine equal parts peeled ginger, water and sugar in a pan. Bring to a boil and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Place mixture in a blender, blend and strain.
Method for Thai Me a River: Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake and strain over pebble ice. Garnish with Thai basil.
