Charbay Distillery

    • 1/2 oz. Charbay Tahitian Vanilla Rum
    • 1/2 oz. Charbay Raspberry Vodka
    • 1 oz. Cana Brava Rum from The Eighty Six Company
    • 1/2 oz. Charbay Pomegranate Dessert Wine (float)
    • 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
    • 2 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice
    • Orange peel (garnish)
    • Raspberry (garnish)
    • Brandied cherry (garnish)

Method:
1. Combine the ingredients, except for the garnishes and dessert wine, in a mixing tin and shake it like ya mean it. Pour over ice in a collins glass. Float 1/2 oz Charbay Pomegranate Dessert Wine on top. Garnish with orange peel and raspberry and/or brandied cherry
