• | 1/2 oz. Charbay Pomegranate Dessert Wine (float) |
• | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
• | 2 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice |
• | Orange peel (garnish) |
• | Raspberry (garnish) |
• | Brandied cherry (garnish) |

1. | Combine the ingredients, except for the garnishes and dessert wine, in a mixing tin and shake it like ya mean it. Pour over ice in a collins glass. Float 1/2 oz Charbay Pomegranate Dessert Wine on top. Garnish with orange peel and raspberry and/or brandied cherry |
