Ingredients for Midnight Coconut Matcha:
• 1 ½ oz. Still Gin
• 1 oz. fresh coconut water
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
Ingredients for Coconut Matcha Foam:
• 4 oz. housemade coconut cream
• 1 tsp. ceremonial matcha
• 10 dashes Fee Foam OR 1 oz. aquafaba
Method for Midnight Coconut Matcha:
Shake and strain over ice. Serve in clear rocks glass with a big ice cube. Top with thick coconut matcha foam. Finish with kaffir lime leaf / or lemon wheel
