Ingredients for Ice Queen:
• 1 ½ oz. lychee-infused vodka
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Kiwi Puree, thawed
• ½ oz. aloe juice
• ½ oz. lime juice
• ¾ oz. coconut cream syrup
• 2 dashes Fee Brothers Hibiscus Water
Method for Lychee Vodka:
Infuse one bottle of vodka with canned lychees at room temperature for up to 72 hours. Strain and bottle vodka.
Method for Coconut Cream Syrup:
In a small saucepan, add 250 mL canned coconut milk, 250 mL coconut water and 250 mL sugar. Lightly simmer until sugar is fully dissolved then bottle the mixture.
Method for Ice Queen:
In a shaker, add vodka, kiwi purée, aloe juice, lime juice, coconut cream syrup and hibiscus water. Shake to combine. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice and garnish with a flower.
