• | 1 1/2 oz. Rhum Barbancourt White Rhum |
• | 1/4 oz. Smith and Cross Navy Strength Rum |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. Orgeat Works Ltd. T’Orgeat, Toasted Almond Syrup |
• | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 3 oz. Q Ginger Beer |

1. | In a shaker, combine Rhum Barbancourt, apricot, lime and orgeat syrup. Strain into chilled glass and fill with crushed ice. Top with Q Ginger Beer and float Smith and Cross Navy Strength. Garnish with lime wheel. |
