    • 1.5 oz. Serrano infused Blanco Tequila
    • .25 oz. Montelobos Mezcal
    • .5 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed
    • .25 oz. Herradura or other agave nectar
    • .75 oz. Liber & Co. pineapple gum syrup
    • .5 oz. soda water
    • .75 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
    • 2 dashes cinnamon sugar mix (equal parts cinnamon and sugar)
1. Infused Vodka: Infuse sliced serranos with Casamigos Blanco Tequila for 24 hours. Prepare a collins glass with a half rim of cinnamon sugar mixture, rinse the glass with the 1/4 oz of mezcal and set aside.  Build the rest of the ingredients, except soda, in your shaking tin.  Add ice and short shake until ingredients are properly mixed without over dilution. Add 1/2 oz. of soda water to the shaker tin, Fill your glass with ice, and strain cocktail into your prepared glass.
