• | 1.5 oz. Serrano infused Blanco Tequila |
• | .25 oz. Montelobos Mezcal |
• | .5 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
• | .25 oz. Herradura or other agave nectar |
• | .75 oz. Liber & Co. pineapple gum syrup |
• | .5 oz. soda water |
• | .75 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice |
• | 2 dashes cinnamon sugar mix (equal parts cinnamon and sugar) |

1. | Infused Vodka: Infuse sliced serranos with Casamigos Blanco Tequila for 24 hours. Prepare a collins glass with a half rim of cinnamon sugar mixture, rinse the glass with the 1/4 oz of mezcal and set aside. Build the rest of the ingredients, except soda, in your shaking tin. Add ice and short shake until ingredients are properly mixed without over dilution. Add 1/2 oz. of soda water to the shaker tin, Fill your glass with ice, and strain cocktail into your prepared glass. |
