    • 1 1/2 oz. Rhum Barbancourt White Rhum
    • 1/4 oz. Smith and Cross Navy Strength Rum
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed
    • 1/2 oz.  Orgeat Works Ltd. T’Orgeat, Toasted Almond Syrup
    • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 3 oz.  Q Ginger Beer
1. In a shaker, combine Rhum Barbancourt, apricot, lime and orgeat syrup. Strain into chilled glass and fill with crushed ice. Top with Q Ginger Beer and float Smith and Cross Navy Strength. Garnish with lime wheel.
