    • 1 1/2 oz. Tanqueray
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mandarin/Tangerine Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1 oz. ginger mix
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
    • 1/2 oz. egg white (optional)
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, shake, and strain into a tall martini glass.
Ginger Mix:
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed
    • 2 oz. sugar
    • 4 oz. water
Method:
1. Add all ingredients in saucepan, heat until sugar dissolves. Cool and set aside.
