| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed |
| • | 5 oz. mint syrup |
| • | 1/2 bar spoon The Bitter Truth Rosewater |
| • | 8-10 mint leaves |
| Method: | |
| Crush ice in a julep tin and muddle mint in a pint glass. Add regular ice to pint glass with remaining ingredients and shake, then strain into the julep tin over crushed ice. Garnish with a spring of mint. | |
