    • 2 oz. Montanya Oro Rum
    • 3/4 oz. habanero-infused Grand Marnier liqueur
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 1 oz. soda water
    • Fresh mango peel (garnish)
Method:
Add 1 oz. soda water to a chilled martini glass. Add ice and remaining ingredients to a pint glass. Shake and serve in the martini glass garnished with a fresh mango peel skewer.
