• | 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Black Currant Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 3 dashes Angostura Bitters |
• | 2 sage leaves (muddle) |
• | 1 sage leaf (garnish) |
• | 1 pinch black pepper |

Muddle 2 sage leaves, then add remaining ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into a cocktail coupe glass. Garnish with black pepper and a sage leaf. | |
