| • | 1/2 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur |
| • | 1 oz. Simple Syrup |
| • | 2 tsp. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 passion fruit |
| • | Skin of 2 Kumquats |
| • | Thyme Sprig (Garnish) |

| 1. | Muddle the kumquats, then add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with thyme sprig. |
