    • 1 oz. Hendrick’s Gin®
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
    • 1/2 English cucumber, cubed
    • 1/4 oz. simple syrup
    • 2 oz. club soda
Combine cucumber, Carmelized Pineapple and simple syrup into a mixing glass and muddle. Add gin and ice and mix gently. Pour mixture into an old fashioned glass and top with soda. Garnish with a cucumber peel wrapped pineapple wedge. Serve.
