Blood Orange Sidecar1 drink |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1 oz. brandy |
• | 1/2 oz. Triple Sec |
• | 3/4 oz. lemon juice |
• | 2 oz. water |
• | 1 cup cubed ice |
• | Granulated sugar and 1/4″ blood orange slice for garnish |
Method: | |
1. | Sugar the rim of a chilled martini glass. |
2. | Combine ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker. |
3. | Shake and strain into glass. |
4. | Cut blood orange round to center and place over glass rim. |
