• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
• | Soda water |

1. | Combine ingredients except soda into mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker. Pour into a glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water. Serve. |
