| • | 1/4 oz. Lagavulin 16 Year Old Single Malt Scotch |
| • | 1/4 oz. Pimento Dram |
| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. agave nectar |
| • | 1/4 oz. lemon juice |
| • | peanuts (for garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine ingredients except garnish into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake with a Boston Shaker. Strain into a glass and garnish with peanuts. Serve. |
