| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Cherry, thawed |
| • | 1/8 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 bar spoon The Perfect Purée Orange Zest, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. Mount Gay Vanilla Rum |
| • | 2 oz. club soda |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Add all ingredients except soda into a cocktail shaker with ice. |
| 2. | Shake vigorously and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice. Top with soda. |
