Cherry Noir Fizz

    • 1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose Cherry Noir
    • 3/4 oz. Crème de Yvette
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Cherry Puree,  thawed
    • balsamic vinegar
    • 1/4 oz. simple syrup
    • club soda to top
1. In a mixing glass, add Cherry puree, Grey Goose Cherry Noir, Crème de Yvette, balsamic vinegar, simple syrup and ice. Shake and serve in a tall glass, over the rocks and top with club soda. Garnish with a cherry.
