    • 1 oz. vodka
    • 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed
    • 3 basil leaves
    • 1 sliver fresh ginger
    • 1 oz. sparkling pomegranate soda
    • Basil leaf (garnish)
Method:
Muddle the basil and ginger. Add the vodka and Prickly Pear Puree and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top off with the soda. Garnish with basil leaf.
