Ingredients for the Au Pear:
- 1 1/2 oz. Barr Hill Vodka
- 1/4 oz. St. George Spiced Pear liqueur
- 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed
- 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed
- 1/4 oz. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz. Golden Ale beer syrup
Method for the Au Pear:
- Combine and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with dehydrated pear.
