| • | 3/4 simple syrup |
| • | 3 lemon wedges |
| • | 6-8 mint leaves |

| Method: | |
| Muddle the lemon, mint, Pink Guava Purée and simple syrup and then add the rum and shake. Double fine strain onto pebble ice in a double old fashioned glass and garnish with edible flowers and mint. | |
