| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Hibiscus, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 2 oz. pineapple juice |
| • | 3 dashes Angostura Bitters |
| • | lime wedge (garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine ingredients except bitters, into a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain into a glass over fresh ice and top with bitters. Garnish with a lime wedge and a parasol. |
