| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed | 
| • | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Cranberry Puree, thawed | 
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice | 
| • | 2 drops Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters | 
| Method: | |
| Add ice and mix in a shaker with fresh ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Sink Cranberry Puree to the bottom of the glass. Garnish with a pineapple spear and cherry. | |
