Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Lime Juice
• ½ oz. Stoli Chamoy
• ½ oz. Tequila (of your choice)
• ¾ oz. The Perfect Puree Prickly Pear Puree, thawed
• pinch of salt

Method: 

1. Place all ingredients into a shaker. Shake well. Pour into a glass and top off with a splash of soda water. Garnish with lime and dust top with tajin.
