• | Sparkling wine |
• | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Black Currant Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. agave nectar |
• | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |

1. | Combine Black Currant Puree and ingredients (except sparkling wine) into a Boston Shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain and pour into a champagne flute. Add sparkling wine. Serve. |
